All our bags are designed and manufactured in Italy, in our workshop located in the heart of Italian artisan traditions. Each piece is the result of unique know-how and exceptional materials.
What materials do you use?
We use noble leathers from certified Italian tanneries. These leathers are carefully selected for their quality, durability and respect for eco-responsible practices.
What are your delivery times?
Our bags are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation of your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
France: 2 to 3 working days
Europe: 3 to 5 working days
International: 5 to 7 business days
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for all orders in mainland France and internationally.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Please see our returns policy for more information.
Do the bags require any special care?
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your bag, we recommend cleaning it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with moisture, heat sources or chemicals. If the bag gets wet, let it air dry naturally, away from any heat source.

Do you offer customization options?

Can I order a specific model that is no longer available online?
Some collections or models can be restocked upon request. Contact us via contact@marinakiba.com with the details of the desired model, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
